Hired for a child custody matter by the opposing party. And of course he sided with the other party. His justification was based on his biased opinion that boys are better off with against single mothers. There was a psychological evaluation conducted and he stated that mother is a competent mother and dad is a competent father. In his suggestion to the courts he suggested a growing boy is better off with a father than single mother and his sibling. This man singlehandedly destroyed my life and family by his decision. all for a measly $1500.00 This report gave the other party the leverage to manipulate and alienate my child from me and his sibling. This gave the other party leverage to ask the courts to not allow me to nurse my baby, cut his hair and to go as far to change my sons legal name I gave him at birth the list goes on and on. My children and I did not deserve this and it was completely unethical practices. We all have suffered because of this man. My son and his family… have not been allowed the simplest of things like photo exchange etc, phone calls for over ten years. We have been wrongfully removed from each others lives because of this mans report and the alienation by the father. But hey a growing boy is better off with a dad than a single mother.
