Dr. Can Talug, MD

Dr. Talug seems to be professional, competent and caring and his assistant; Ms. Hilling seems to be as well. I have absolutely no complaint about the care I received from them. My complaint is for his office staff. Not only do they rarely answer the phone, but they do not return your calls. Trust me, I am not an annoying patient who calls frequently, however, the few times that I have had to call regarding test results, etc., I finally had to drop by the office to get results. This is so inconvenient and it makes me want to seek medical care elsewhere.

Very professional. Top of the line!

Today was my first visit to Dr. Can Talug's office. I was extremely impressed. Dr. Talug made me feel so relaxed. He is easy to talk to and listens and constantly asking me questions. Dr. Talug reviewed my medical history and discussed possible medications for the future. We discussed possible options I could take to possible avoid medications. It was so nice to visit a doctor that actually spends time with their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Talug.

I was very impressed. Dr. Talug was extremely knowledgeable. He educated me about what my labs showed, what the field recommends, what his experience had shown, and gave me all the options so I could make an educated decision about my plan of care. That is rare these days. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Talug is great. However, the staff at the front desk do not seem to be very friendly with non-caucasions!

Emergency illness took us to this particular doctor. The appointment was made through a clinic associated with WVU Hospital. What a blessing! Within two days of diagnosis by Dr Talug I was in surgery,problem addressed, problem solved. I cannot say enough about this medical center itself(Ruby Hospital) or the staff meaning doctors, nurses, aides, on down to the traffic security there. I would tell anyone to use this facility and the staff associated with it! Keep the Faith Dr Talug,, you are an answer to prayers and a gift to the human race!
