Horrible staff!! Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, disorganized and have no regard for their patients health. Disgusting!!!

Dr. Catucci is a very knowledgeable dr. Very professional, kind and compassionate and always takes time to listen and answer every question. however, her staff are very rude and disrespectful. trying to make an appointment is a nightwear they are unable to listen alway talk over you they don’t care about your needs or the reason for your call, if there is a follies up needed after being in ER room they don’t bother to ask the dr. To prioritize the visit depending on the needs in stead they decided on their own to give you an appointment within 2 months. they always are in their own business, others staffs can’t even take the vital sign they never got my blood pressure, not to mention they are unable to withdraw blood from my arm. I got depress just by thinking I need to call her office for an appointment because the conversation always end up in a negative discusión. I’m very sad to said that I have to find another dr. Just because I can’t deal with her staff .

I had to choose 1 star because it doesn't let me submit my review with out choose it but this clinic deserve none!!! My blood pressure went up!!! this staff is so rude they don't know what they are doing. The manager instead to help a patient she prefer to go to get a coffee when the receptionist ask her what to do the manager answer was I Don't know what you want from the store.

LE DOY UNA ESTRELA PORQUE NO ME DEJA DAR MI COMENTARIO PERO SE MERECEN 1000000 DE CEROS el personal deja mucho que desear no saben lo que estan haciendo llegue 5 min tarde de mi cita y no me atendieron la recepcionista muy pesada que porque es la poliza de la clinica y comenzo a gritarme y cuando he llegado 30 min antes igual tengo que esperar 2 horas y cuando la recepcionista le pregunto a la manager que que hacia la manager le contesto nose por supuesto la manager estaba despeinada mal vestida no parecia profesional que iba a saber que hacer si ni siquiera es profesional!!! que lastima que dr cattucci no sabe escoger a su personal no estan capacitadas para atender a sus pacientes con el respeto y la dignidad que se merecen esta fue la ultimas vez que yo voy A ESA CLINICA NO MAS ES UN DESASTRE EL PERSONAL SE LA PASA HABLANDO TONTERAS Y COMIENDO ALLI ENFRENTE DE TODOS!!! perdiendo el tiempo como van a saber que hacer estoy muy enojada deberian haber agencias que supervisen estas… clinica que hagan bien su trabajo
