Dr. Carissa Shea Leake Meyer, MD

Both my boys have Dr. Meyer as their Pediatrician and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Meyer. She is very knowledgeable and goes out of the way to make sure that the patient and parents are comfortable. The office works hard to accommodate appointment requests and the doctor usually follows up with a call for any serious issues to find out how the patient is doing. When you see her, she take the time to listen to the problem and you never feel rushed. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Meyer.

The Best Doctor.

We've been seeing Dr. Meyer since my daughter was born 4 months ago. As first-time parents, we have freaked out more than once about things that have come up that weren't expected, and the office has always been able to get us in to see a nurse practitioner if Dr. Meyer is not available. Dr. Meyer has always called to follow up and make sure our questions were answered, even if we just called in a question to the on-call physician. Due to a feeding issue, we've had to start coming in for weekly weight checks, and Dr. Meyer often follows up on those as well. She always listens to our concerns and takes them into account when making decisions about medications and treatment.

Dr. Meyer is a wonderful pediatrician. She has called me several times to follow up and check on my little boy. She is very caring and kind. I would defintely recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Meyer is just awesome! She is gentle, attentive, very knowledgeable, and amazing with our son. As first time parents we were a little nervous about choosing a pediatrician, but as soon as we met her we knew she was the one for us. We definitely recommend her!

Dr. Meyer is awesome! SHe is very very knowledgeable, and extremely gentle. I was apprehensive about the blood samples she had to take, just the general thought of my newborn being poked and prodded by needles. But Dr. Mayers and her staff were so gentle, and put every worry out of my mind. Love the doctor and the office.

Dr. Meyer has been our family pediatrician for a few yrs now and we absolutlty love her. She is very paient with our girls and incourages them to explain how they are feeling. She must review their records before every appt because she always ask how they got over the illness. She is the best.
