Dr. Carl James Brodie, MD

Dr. Brodie is the best physician I've ever had. I have a very difficult case of RA and Dr. Brodie never gave up on finding a treatment that gave me my life back. He's very knowledgeable of latest therapies, he's got a gentle, caring bedside manner and spends as much time with me as needed. He returns my calls promptly and contacts other physicians to insure they understand the complexities of my case and subsequent treatment regime. He hung in there with me when all other dr's unable to diagnose my disease decided it was all in my head. I consider Dr. Brodie a life saver. In a health care system that puts the patient on a conveyor belt - with the 15 minute office visit, Dr Brodie is a rare find.

I did not get to the doctor. It took a week to convince his receptionist to get to the fax to take notes from my physician. I don't know how long I would wait till doctor review my case - he would not schedule appointment without looking at my history, which makes perfect sense. What doesn't make sense is that after a week or waiting, and calling everyday, doctor still did not look at my paper. I could not wait any longer, and scheduled appointent with another doctor. Obviously this people don't care about patients. Absolutely awful office!

The Doctor has changed! He was once a caring, interested, and bright Physician who is now a distant, self absorbed, changed man.

I've been a patient in this practice for over two years. These people really care about their patients. Both Dr. Brodie and his Nurse Practitioner are excellent, up-to-date, and dedicated. they listen well and I never feel rushed. All my questions and problems are taken seriously.

Dr Brodie is NOT board certified, he never bills my insurance but charges me a co-pay. He talks more about himself than me!!

One of those rare doctors who listen to you and take time to get to know you. My pain management has improved and has significantly improved my quality of life. I think clearer and I am operating at a higher level. I no longer worry about ending up on SSDI - I'm a rock star in my career once more. Yes, I highly recommend this Dr! His assistant Kathleen Bilk is also excellent. After my initial appointment I've been meeting with her and she helps monitor my progress. Both are excellent providers and are highly recommended.
