Awful. One visit resulted in 2 more visits with poor communication on the diagnosis and treatment plan.The initial concern of our Pediatrician was the need for a tonsillectomy due to recurring ear infections.Doctor never addressed the concerns verbally and upon review of medical records the communicated concern was not documented.It seems the strategy of the doctor is to delay/defer to result in the max visits and revenue. An example was Doctor inability to perform a test because ear wax was was too thick. Doc told us use Debrox drops and come back another day. Instead, I bought an ear irrigation kit on Amazon. After talking to friends I was told ENT should have irrigated.Went back and test was normal but was advised to come back for a third visit.Third visit never happened as office staff refused service because we did not pay a bill we received a day earlier.Slow to bill but quick to collect. We left.Paid the bill the next day and will never go back to this practice!

.as I compare now dr Draker has very old equipment. Wich is not comfortable and painful,But prices it the most expensive in town . They ask for ears cleaning 400 . I went to beautifull place on Johnson st with dr .McLaughlin just because they ask for 150 and what I see . Luxury chairs , brand new ,no pain at all equipment with tv monitors in Wich I can see the whole process and doesn’t break you packed.

He,and his staff,they safe my life.

Dr. Drucker is a wonderful doctor. He if very knowledgeable and compassionate. My friend unfortunately had cancer, and Dr. Drucker had to give him the bad news. Dr. Drucker spent as much time answering questions as my friend needed. This took well over one hour. I felt badly for those waiting for appointments, but was grateful that he spent the time reviewing cancer treatment options. It must be hard for the office to know how much time to allot for patients; many people need 10 minutes for a sinus infection etc, but there is the occasional person who needs longer...

Everyone I know goes to Dr. Drucker for sinus or other ENT problems. Great Doctor!!!

But patients are regularly kept waiting more than an hour for scheduled appointments (triple/quadruple booking for same time slot). Unacceptable in a professional office (when was the last time your attorney kept you waiting more than an hour in the lobby?) He is a fine doctor, but owes his patient's more.
