Dr. Carl Richard Kirsch, MD

When I was having my first at 17, the first thing he said to me was “what do you think needs to be done about teen pregnancy?” Not very comforting at all. Little did he know, I was already married, would have my baby the middle of my senior year and graduate. She is now turning 30 this year and I am still married for what will be 30 years this year. That comment has never left me, and I know he’s affected other women with similar comments. I hope he is no longer in practice.

Very condensed and insulting in his remarks to woman. Sexually harassing and inappropriate comments during exam. Was told his sexual remarks are "his dry sense of humor". Lack of communication. Will not refer or return.

I had been misdiagnosed and tried two different medications by an Express Care and Dr Kirsch took the time, even as I was a 'work in' patient, to systematically diagnose me correctly. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to and a lot of fun to be around, even though I felt horrible. A physician that can bring a smile to your face in that type of circumstance is a GOOD physician. He took the time to make sure of my diagnosis and checked all of my medications for interactions before prescribing me anything. Top notch in my book!

Dr. Kirsch pays very little attention to what you have to say. I have been going to him for about 8 years and always feel somewhat overlooked and ignore, as well as slightly being talked down to.
