Dr. Carl Hsia Ling, MD

After speaking to the nurse, Dr Ling ran in the room and started pulling at my shirt to look at the mole. He didn't say hi I'm so and so, not a word until the nurse came in and said he wants you to show him your mole. After looking at it, he said benign and walked away. 20 seconds of face to face with the doctor and only two or three words.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this doctor and his staff! So here's my story: I went to this doctor for a skin problem I was having and it had nothing to do with my face and he started to say how my face moisturizer was not good for me. Anyways, I asked him what he think was good and he prescribed me a face moisturizer and I TRUSTED him for being a doctor and started using it. My skin is super sensitive and that's why I never changed my face moisturizer. Now think about a product that destroyed my face -- that's the product he prescribed me! Anyways, I was terrified when I saw my face in the mirror and immediately called him to know what to do and I was told he didn't have any appointment available to help me out with HIS MISTAKE. After arguing with his staff, they finally got an appointment for me and I went over there for him to tell me that I had just to stop using the product. NOT APOLOGY, NOTHING, JUST A HUGE BILL WAS SENT TO MY HOUSE. He charged me the same amount for looking at… my face and saying I had to stop the product than he charged me for a full consultation, which is absurd, because I shouldn't pay for him to fix his mistake. Called his staff named TONIA and think about someone rude and disrespectful, that's her!!! She then told me Id have to pay for it because the service was provided and I explained to her what happened and she said she would talk to him and call me back. Did I receive the call back? NO! What I received was a bill statement saying that if I don`t pay for it they will make a negative credit report on my credit score. SO they didn't only left scars on my skin (that I will have to pay a FORTUNE to get removed, IF its possible to be removed) also they disrespect me and showed what their business is about. Its not about the patients, only the money. I wonder where the world is going to get with people that handle their business this way. SO BE AWARE and do anything to void having business with them.

Dr. Ling listens to me, is very considerate and takes time to explain what I need to know. His surgery leaves very minimal scarring, if at all. He also has a sense of humor and makes me feel relaxed. I would highly recommend him to others.

Staff and the Doctor were fantastic. I had about 8 skin tags and two moles removed. Dr. Ling took the time to talk with me about any issues I may be having concerning my skin and he listened intently. With the exception of the pinch from the lidocaine injections it was completely painless. No complaints. None...

Dr. Ling is without a doubt one of the most professional and thorough dermatologists ever encountered. He always demonstrates a concern for his patients, has a super considerate staff and carefully listens to the patient's concerns. He is strongly recommended as a physician.

Dr. Ling is exceptionally friendly and goes to extreme lengths to fill his patients' needs. he personally dropped off a prescription for pain medication for me because i am disabled and was not able to get anyone to get the prescription to begin with. i never asked him to do this, he did this on his own, which is simply amazing. he is an excellent surgeon and tells it like it is, which I very much appreciate. Dr. Ling is simply the absolute best Dr. I have ever had. Thank you very much Dr. Ling!

Just felt this doctor was very unprofessional, and his nurse had really wrinkled clothing, which was horrible to see working in a doctors office. the nurse that assisted with the surgery was amazing and very friendly, but then another nurse came in that was just loud and had the wrinkled clothing. just dont want to come back and see this doctor again.

Well-skilled, accurate diagnosis. Genuinely cares about well-being of patients; takes time to listen. Removed my actinic keratosis and did excellent follow-up.

r Ling has performed multiple skin cancer removal procedures and several sking grafts. Most procedures were on my face! I have very few noticable scars and am 100% satisfied with all aspects of his treatment.

I had suffered from skin itches for long time, and had seen a few doctors. None of them gave me precise and effective medication to control my pain, nor they thoroughly explained what the problem was. Finally I got Dr.Ling, and he gave me a careful check and listened to my description patiently in details. The prescription he gave me is not expensive but very effective. He clearly explained to me what I should expect from this medication so I won't be surprised both ways. Overall, I strongly recommend Dr.Ling.
