Dr. Carla Garrison Kester, MD

The only was Dr. Carla Kester could keep heramazing reputation is to be concious of her spectialty, be exceptionally intelligent, be courteous and kind. In short, she is all these things and she is also a perfectionist. My encounters with her and her staff have always been highly professional.

Went in for a consult and asked twice to see before and after pics but was given a lot of diff. answers, then left without them showing me any!!! They said there weren't any of the type of surg that I was having, then said very few pics of breasts at all, etc. Then said it was against HIPPA and couldn't even email or text me any anon photos, very shady!!! Then said the photo book can't come out of the office!!! I'm NOT going to drive over 2 hours to come in and look at photos from the "book" when I asked twice before when I was there!!! If she's such a great Dr., then why are there so few pics of patients willing to give their pic and why do they try to give every excuse to not show them?! It was very important to me to see after pics to view scars, incisions and healing, etc.!! I will not have surgery from someone who I haven't seen their work!!!!

I had a breast augmentation last year. She gave me the results I asked for. She was always attentive and understanding even when i brought my children to appointments.

I met Dr. Garrison via the Emergency Room at Cox South. I had suffered extremely traumatic head wounds from a dog attack. She did an outstanding "repair" job. Her consult with my husband immediately after the surgery was compassionate, concise and clear. Following my discharge from the hospital (I was in Intensive Care for 3 days) she followed up with office visits. In those visits she showed a warm, knowledgeable bedside manner, plus she showed my husband very clearly how to change my dressings and provide the care I needed and he wanted to provide. She is an exemplar for doctors.

Very disappointed. Dr. Garrison and her staff were nice until I went back and told them, my breasts were too large. I asked for a C or D and I got an E. Basically, they did not want to give me the time of day and told me every bra size is different. I told them every bra I have tried on or swimsuit, I have had to get an E and I have tried on over 50 garments. They said there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to pay again and have smaller implants put in. The staff was rude and did not want to discuss my size.

Very friendly prior to surgery but when I didn't receive what we discussed, then staff and Dr. Garrison were rude and not willing to do anything about it. I would Not recommend them! Since my procedure I have ran across several people that had the same experience.

Not happy at all. They were all very nice prior to surgery but then after surgery, I had mentioned my breast were large, I was told they get smaller as the swelling went down. I asked for a 34C or D and got 34DDD. When I went back again, they didn't give me the time of day and hurried me out. Basically said, all bras have different sizes. I paid cash for the surgery and do not have the money to have smaller implants put in.

Refused to do Liposuction because I am transgender. I was not asking for a gender reassignment surgery just a Liposuction. Had the money to have done, but she refuses to work on transgender people.

Not a good experience at all! The Esthetician did not not know what she was doing with the Exilis. She shorted me 15 min. on the vanquish. There were several other issues. I paid upfront. Could not seem to get my appts. scheduled the way they were supposed to be. Vanquish should be scheduled 7-10 days apart. They scheduled my third and fourth appointments 21 and 15 days out. Not acceptable at $600 a visit! No apology or trying to make it right when I asked for my money back. ALLURE is where you want to be!!!:-))) So happy I discovered them!!!!!!!!

Love love love Dr Garrison. She was very caring, knowledgeable, and eased any anxiety I had. Very sweet lady and terrific bed side manners. I would highly recommend her to others. Her staff was also very sweet and caring.
