I cannot begin to tell you the serious issues and problems I had with my two surgeries. EVERYTHING was disappointing. There is no part of my experience that I am pleased with. He failed to explain important facts and side effects. He was off on the size of my breasts by half a pound. Costs were nearly double what he estimated. He called me the day before and had me come in an hour earlier than originally planned - then kept me waiting for FIVE hours!! But the main thing is the results are awful and he doesn't care. He takes no responsibility for ruining my life. Avoid this doctor.

I will NEVER go back !!!!

I went to Dr.Gaska severa years ago for an abdominoplasty and breast lift. I developed a hematoma and had to return to his surgical unit later the evening I had surgery because I was bleeding significantly, He had the nerve to tell me that in all of his years of surgery, he had never had a problem and I better not be the first! I had to return again a couple weeks later and have another drain put in. One of his associates took care of that and did a fine job. As far as the breast lift went, I am DEVASTATED!! I had fairly large areola's on each breast. He did not mark ANYTHING on my body prior to the surgery, so when he cut my breast tissue, he nearly cut off all of the nipple skin! I have one areola that is the size of a quarter, and the other one is about the size of a nickle AND he left part of the original areola below when he sutured the new small one back on. When I pointed out the severe discrepancy in size, he blew me off and made me feel stupid for asking, I even asked him… if two different people were working on my breasts at the same time! My breasts look horrible and I am ashamed to disrobe in front of anyone, I will have to have a repair surgery done at some point. To make matters worse, I developed an infection in the scar around my waist after they had to put in the second drain. I had moved to another town and called to tell him about the infection. His office nurse called me back and said Dr. Gaska told her to tell me that since I moved, I was no longer his patient and he would not treat me even if I came back to town to see him. She said he told her to tell me that I would have to find someone else to take a look at it. If I had not moved out of state, I would have sought legal counsel and had someone fix what he screwed up. You did a lousy job Dr. Gaska, and you should be ashamed of yourself for not taking better care of your patients!

I had done an augmentation silicone and I am not happy at all with the result!
