Horrible office manager horrible doctor no one follows up calls ignored and repeated hospitalization due to lack of Good PCP my spouse will be changing His MD today!!!!!!!! Dr Scalia has short Man syndrome and it’s apparently obvious he tells a woman to have gastric bypass for being 40 lbs over weight who hence has since Lost 60 Lbs on her own he is short and fat maybe he needs to take his own horrible advise!!!!!

I thought the negative reviews could have been a little over done. Well, they’re not. Dr. Scalia displayed insensitivity towards me. The office is in a rush. His office manager, Janet, does not follow through with promises. She will apologize over and over, but evidently does not own a note pad. I’m extremely disappointed. They have more patients that they can handle effectively. I would suggest to continue looking through your insurance company’s list of providers or ask for a recommendation.

While Dr. Scalia is a very committed, thorough, and knowledgeable physician, the staff at the Galt Ocean office needs much training. It is almost as though patients do not matter to some of the receptionists and other support staff members.

Very short. Cut me off while talking. Sarcastic mannerisms. Almost made me feel dumb for asking questions. Didn't say hello or goodbye. I'm a physiology major and I would diagnose him as little mans syndrome. Would never see him again.

Dr. Scalia does not return phone calls. My mother has lost all ability to take care of herself after hip surgery. I have begged this guy to call me so I can discuss why this happened and what needs to be done for her but he refuses to return my phone call. I am at a loss and would NEVER refer this doctor.

Horrible! He spend 3 minutes with me and I left totally disappointed! Totally blew me off and just wrote a script for an UltraSound. Literally, 3 minutes.

Nothing but good things to say. He cares and does a great job at being my physician.

Dr. Scalia is extremely thorough and explains all medical issues in a clear and concise manner. I would highly reccomend him as a primary care physician.
