Dr. Carlos Cesar, MD

I saw Dr. Cesar at the ER at CarePoint Health Christ Hospital in Jersey City. I went in because I am pregnant and had bleeding. He walked in and VERY nonchalantly told me “so you’re miscarrying.” As if he was telling me “so I heard your a fan of cookie dough ice cream,” not a drop of sympathy and also without performing an ultrasound nor waiting for my bloodwork to come back. He told me “there’s no need to call the ultrasound tech to come when we already know you’re miscarrying, it will take them 2hrs to get here.” I left distraught thinking I lost my baby. I called my GYN the next morning and explained what happened and she had her come to her office immediately where she performed an ultrasound and confirmed that I was still pregnant! She said Dr. Cesar did nothing right with his diagnosis and that he had no right to tell me I miscarried without full confirmation.

Dr Carlos Cesar has had nothing but really, really bad reviews and I think that's because his personality disorder is so on display and his vile, hateful way of interacting with patients and their caregivers caused so much outrage and distress that they take the time to sit down and write about it. Write to have some record of it and to validate others who've gone through the same abuse with him. He's truly a piece of work. He needs his demons clinically addresed.

My mom had a heart attack after he released her saying she was fine. I argued with him because her dr. Called ahead and said she needed to be admitted. I argued with him that day, and he laughed when I told him he was wrong. I went last night to the ER. He said I shouldn't smoke and that I smelled like 2 pks. ( I have never smoked) ever smoked) I was born with my anatomy making blood clots on their own. And I had ironically just did the laundry, it was clear he just wanted to get me back for complaining about him. He took no bloodwork or Catscans were done. My INR WAS 1.6. And I had previously had a brain hemorrhage. Patient NEXT to me, said his SON was falsely diagnosed with cancer and he was wrong about that as well. He's very narcissistic and a bigot. He seems to ALWAYS argue with women in the ER, but with men, he speaks calmer or calls security. I've seen it. I He's BEEN reported to the board. And is still practicing. Christ Hospital will get a lawsuit soon if they keep him. MY… doctor cares for her patients, this guy with a paid degree only wants money and tries to avoid actual work. Stay safe, DON'T use him as your doctor.
