Dr. Carlos Andres Garcia- Rivera, DO

Do not take your parents to this office. It is very unprofessional. You wait 2 hours to see the doctor and then get attitude from the young girls in the office. Dr Garcia-Rivera is very nice but does not return phone calls to patients. He has these young girls that return the phone calls. The girls have very bad attitudes and do not no how to answer any of your questions. When you ask for the doctor to return your call. They get very rude and tell you sorry the doctor does not return calls. You can only talk to me but they know nothing like I said before. He ordered a medication to add to my moms night routine but the girls cant tell me if I had to remove the other medication she had been taking already at night. Well my mom ended up falling because both medications drugged her up so badly. She cracked her head open and when I called the office to tell the doctor he never returned my call. BEWARE of your parents care with this office. I have never been to an office where the… doctor does not return patients calls!!!!!! Horrible Staff

Dr. García, you need to train your staff better, they have "CERO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINNING" and no respect for the patients. YOUR STAFF IS VERY RUDE WITH PATIENTS. By the way, after a few months from my appointment, test and examinations, I never received my results, I would say that is very unprofessional and lacks of any kind of ethical work. My suggestion for anyone in need of a neurologist is to find other options.

The staff and physician were unprofessional and lacked knowledge. Our mother was diagnosed with dementia and they did not explain nor try to give education on the disease. Completely a disgrace as an office and a physician to conduct business this way.

Wonderfully caring doctor. He takes all the time needed to address a patient's concerns.
