Dr. Carlos Conrad Kennedy, MD

My daughter had auto accident and Dr. Kennedy did her ankle surgery at Teston Hospital Center. He left of vacation and let another surgeon complete her calcaneous surgery. She developed an infection and the heel surgery had to be redone. Sent her home but their practice was not longer going to be affiliated with Reston Hospital. 3 months later she has ongoing infection and screw backing out - she cannot fine another surgeon to help her. I can not locate a working number for this group, Dr. Carlos Kennedy, or Dr. Agnew. I suppose if she loses her foot and we contact an attorney, the attorney will find them. Great health care and great that they care for their patients. I fear she will in fact lose her foot. She has WV insurance but was a trauma patient in Virginia.

Horrible Doctor. Doesn't care about patients. Dead ended my upward moving career in the Navy. He literally wrote in bed sheet paper and told me to "consult Doctor Google" for a care plan.
