He was basically bored the whole time. Didn't help me figure out what was wrong with me. I left there so confused what I did to make him so unhelpful. I'm a pretty nice person, so I think he's just a miserable person who went into medicine for the $$ instead of the humanity.

I went to this doctor around 2008 because of fatigue. (I was in my 20s, good health, fit). I was excited about finding him because my husband is Costa Rican and I can count the number of Ticos I've met here on one hand. Thought it'd be nice for him to have a reminder of home (even if it was just the accent) if he ever needed to see a doctor. Dr. Navarro was completely uninterested that my husband was a Tico, didn't help me figure out what my problem was (I solved it myself by cutting out 'white' foods), and insinuated I was liar when I asked him to hand me my prescription (for something completely innocuous like a vitamin) because my pharmacy is mom n' pop and couldn't take E-Rx's yet. He and his witch of a nurse made me choose a different pharmacy instead of just writing one out for me. I didn't have ins. so my place of employment would have given it to me for cost. I was so disappointed and frustrated I never went back.
