Dr. Carlos Armando Palacio

I just had my fourth spinal surgery by Dr. Palacio. Unfortunately he didn't do the first three. I have been in constant severe pain for the last year. Dr. Palacio performed surgery on Tuesday of this week. Other than the normal incision discomfort my pain is gone.

I can thank Dr. Palacio every day for the rest of my life. He has a professional, kind and gentle personality and is very easy to talk with. The neck and head pain I suffered with for many years is gone.

Very kind, considerate and thoughtful physician. He listened to my questions and concerns and gave thoughtful and complete answers. I would recommend him as a neurosurgeon without qualification

I am choosing Dr. Palacio again after my first operation with him 15 yrs ago . His first operation lasted 15 yrs. So I sort him out again when I experienced back pain again. He sent me for tests and narrowed the problem down again and I know I will get 15 years again on this surgery. His understanding and respect for my religious beliefs and limitations go unmatched.I am one of JeHovah's Witnesses and he respects and prepares for my bloodless surgery. I found a gem 15 yrs. ago and I am blessed that he is still practicing and that I can put my full trust in his skills.

I injured my neck, C5/C6, while serving in the US Navy. I had seen quite a few doctors over the years but it wasn't until I was referred to Dr Palacio that things finally fell into place. He recommended physical therapy prior to the possibility of having surgery, but half way through, we knew that the physical therapy wasn't going to help my problem. Dr Palacio then discussed the procedures of how the surgery to correct my problem would be performed. The procedures were laid out in a very easy to understand manner. His professional demeanor and caring attitude put me at easy with little or no apprehension as to the outcome of the surgery. On the day of the surgery, he met with me prior to going into the OR and he once again reviewed the procedures and asked if I had any questions. That evening, after the surgery, he came to my room and informed me that everything went as planned and that I would now be on my road to recovery. Dr Palcio is a real professional and an outstanding… humanitarian. I would highly recommend Dr Palacio to anyone that requires this type of surgery.

Dr. Palacio has operated on both my & my wifes lower back. It has been almost 20 yrs now for both of us. My wife has recently had a spinal fusion, adn somethig to do with her, I gues spinal canal. All we can say is thank you
