Dr. Carol Sue Frank, MD

I have a number of Heart problems, cardiovascular, spinal and other damages. I have made appointments to see Dr. Carol Frank. I have been admitted to Bay Area Hospital where Dr Frank has come in and visited me even on Federal Holidays. She has reassured me many times which is so helpful.

My first visit I was a little leary, but I gave her a chance. After a couple more visits I found she does listen to you. I am a diabetic and we have adjusted my meds based on my imput. My husband sees her as well we are very satisfied with her.

Very uninstrested in patients concerns . Her approach to your health is do what I say without guestion. please if you would like input into your medical concerns find another doctor .

She has know bedside manner and doesn't do anything to help you. I had to go see my Doctor in CA to get help. I had a virus and needed medication. I may just have to leave this area, to old for this stuff.

No bedside manner and a huge God complex. I do not recommend her.

Terrible woman who has no clue what she's doing in regards to depression patients. Not only did she insist on changing my medicine without knowing my history at all OR talking to me why I was taking them, she kept trying to get me to take the medicine she wanted me to after I told her in two separate visits that it did not work, and tried to make me take something else when I asked to be placed back on the medicine prescribed to me by an ACTUAL psychiatrist that spent over six months carefully monitoring my medicine to make sure I was getting something that worked. Stay away from her.
