I am totally serious, we can't believe how everyone from our first phone call to years after surgery, cares and goes out of their way. I've seen the nurses babysit other patient's kids, go get beverages, take people by wheelchair to their cars and make oodles of extra phone calls. Anything to help! We disagree totally with the person who complained here about the doctor not taking their call. They weren't even a patient!!! What's up with that?? It's called Make an Appointment and be seen First.
