As a long time patient of PFM and Dr. Shi., I am very happy with the excellent services provided by this office. The staff at PFM are very friendly, caring and professional. Dr. Shi is an excellent physician who sincerely cares for her patients, listens to their concerns and provides the best medical care and follow up.

As a patient for over 10 years, I can say Dr. Shi has consistently and always provided the best care for me. She’s attentive, caring and communicative. She always makes the time to truly find out how I am by asking all the right questions and she’s never in a hurry to just get to the next patient, which I appreciate and completely understand if I’m in the exam room waiting a little longer; it just means she’s providing the same high level of care to a previous patient. I’ve never had quite such a caring doctor who actually gets to know me and want to help in any way she can. And Dr. Shi is always extremely informative whenever I have any questions about my health or wellness. I hope she can be my doctor for the next 10 years and beyond!
