Dr. Carol Williams Cotton, MD

This was over 10 years ago, but I hope she has changed for the better. Unfortunately, when I saw her, she was extremely rude and dismissive of my severe menstrual pains. She had no interest in helping me, so I never went back. Thanks for a terrible experience, I would have thought a woman would be more understanding, especially one who was the head of the department.

I was taken to an ostrotia doctor, because I was reffer from a visit of a fertility specialist doctor with more than 10 years of experience. For my medical insurance, I finding the Dr. Carol j Williams. When I visited her, literally, she said that it was not her subject, and she did not understand why the other doctor had referred me, even she I did not understand the doctor's notes. His manners was super rude, no interest in knowing the case and when dealing with the patient. She bothered until with my presence, in bad ways she asked for distance even when I gave her a document. I don't know how a doctor can bother someone's presence if they even have to touch people to diagnose. The worst experience!. The specialist has given me 2 tests, which a doctor gynecologist and ostrotia doctor have to refer me for do another test with other specialist, so dr. Carol Wiliams did not want to derive, because she said it was not her subject. In the end she only refer me to one specialist. and… obviously other doctor with more experience confirmed me that she could referred me to both tests. Because of course I was advised by a specialist and my issue was a gynecology issue! Waste of time and money with the worst service with Dr. Carol William. Oh, he says, he talks and he doesn't even speak “Hola”

Dr Williams-Cotton was so patient with me, answering questions and discussing various birth control options. She is so helpful and kind and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and leave with all the information I needed.

Left diagnosis in the Kaiser Medical Summary Doc. This was not discussed with me. I am clueless.

Dr. Williams rushed through the appointment and made it very clear that she could not be bothered to do a thorough job in diagnosing my problem. She clearly wanted to end the appointment as quick as possible without addressing the problem and trying to come up with possible solutions. I had to request specific care from her in order to not leave empty handed and without any information. Patients should not have to ask for care from their doctors. If you want to see a doctor about a medical problem and to receive good care, do not go to Dr. Williams.
