Dr. Carol Ann Wolfe

I removed my cute little 86 year old Mother from this Woman’s care. Her bedside manner is abysmal. She never once gave my Mother eye contact. Just stared at her computer constantly typing and seemingly ignoring her patient. She accused my Mother scornfully of seeing another doctor, whom my Mother has never heard of, and couldn’t go to w/o my help anyway. She hasn’t been able to drive in years. Plus what business is it of hers if she saw 12 other doctors?!? I grew weary of taking my upset little grey haired Mom to the car after each visit just to see her lose control and cry the whole way home. Do not see this Woman. She needs to lose her license!!!!!!!

dr carol wolfe seems to be a good doctor in practice, however her staff and infrastructure are the worst i have ever experienced. I have never been able to reach her or her MA annette on the phone directly, except one time when the receptionist staff had to go find annette while i waited on hold for 5min. and over the course of the last few years. I have left multiple messages for simple prescription refills, or appointment rescheduling, and have requested callbacks every time. sometimes the prescription refills are ordered sometimes they are not, same with the appointments. either way, I have never received a callback confirming anything.....very frustrating. most recently I have been out of a prescription for 3 weeks now. as of two weeks a ago, I left a voicemail requesting a refill. they say to give them a week, so i waited 9 days only to find they were unaware of the request and nothing had been prescribed. I was not able to reach the MA even after stating that i had gone without… my prescription for two weeks now..... so i left another message stating this, and requesting a callback. now 5 days later. I intend to drive down there tomorrow. after having been out of a necessary prescription for almost 3 weeks. (due to it being a controlled substance I can only refill it by picking up a paper prescription from my doctor, and physically taking it to the pharmacy)

After being transferred to her service after seeing her twice in a one month period. My husband and I are looking for a new doctor. Enough said. I will say I agree with the bad reviews very much.

Honestly, I thought Carol Wolfe was a quack and I do not recommend her. Wolfe failed to diagnose my medical condition before initiating treatment causing me unnecessary pain and anguish.

I have to say I had to wait a few months to get into to see her as she does not take new patients other than the summer months. She made me feel right at home, answered all my questions and knew what questions to ask me. She was prompt in scheduling other medical exams that I needed in a short period of time. Because she takes the time to listen to her patients, she ran about 15 late from my scheduled time. Her front office staff was not the most friendliest that I have met, a bit cold, and stoned faced.

When she is with you, she is totally with you. She listen's well, asks good questions and has great contacts & services available. She's very easy to work with. I feel like she and I are my health care team. She LOOKS at you when talking and not at a computer screen. Excellent Dr.

Dr. Wolfe is an amazing Dr! She really cares about her patients and even calls to check up on them after care is given. She has always followed up on issues with but my mother and myself. SHe advocates for exactly what is needed to give the best care possible!

Dr. Wolfe has a horrible return call rate with myself and another lady in my office. First off I had a culture done about a month ago which they lost, than I redid the culture a week later and I have called 4 times and still have yet to hear anything about my culture. Wolfe would not refer me to a back Dr. because "she did not believe in gluing of the small fractures" which I needed to have done so I had to call another Dr. for a referral to have the procedure done which has helped me out tremendously. Needless to say I have still not yet seen or heard from Wolfe on my culture test. I WOULD FIND A DIFFERENT DR. WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.

Never seems to remember past discussion does not appear as if she researches past history on chart prior to walking into room for office visit.

I have been her patient for 20 years and she has helped me through some rough times. I refer my friends and family to her without hesitation.
