Dr. Caroline A. Morgan, MD

I called Dr. Morgan (been a patient for 5 years) for a prescription. They said I'd have to come in for a consultation (thats a pain!). I had to wait 6 weeks to get in. When I arrived, a nurse came in the room and apologized - saying Dr. Morgan doesnt prescribe that medicine and the receptionist who booked me was new and made a mistake. Fine, waste of my time, whatever. Then they billed both my insurance company and myself for the visit!!!!! I called to get it reversed and got the run around - I called 4 times, conversed with them through MyChart 2 times, and they would not budge - insisting that they had provided me a service - what service? They totally wasted my time. The fact that they had the nerve to bill me, and wouldnt adjust it after many complaints is shocking! My final phone call, I told them I would like to discuss this directly with Dr. Morgan. They said they would have her call me - and of course, she never did. JUST SHAMEFUL AND GREEDY!

Zero bedside manner. Would never recommend her.

After waiting 40 minutes for Dr. Morgan, I would have expected her to take appropriate time with me to ask me if I have any problems or questions but she did not. This is the second consecutive year that I sit in the waiting room for over half an hour for her then she is in and out of the exam room with me in 3 minutes! Dr. Morgan seems way to busy for her patients.

Dr. Morgan is fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with my first child. Recently, I had two early miscarriages and ended up having to have a D&C. The compassion Dr. Morgan showed was amazing. She helped me through the whole process and took her time to explain all options. She is a class act and really cares for her patients.

I really like Dr Morgan. She is friendly and caring and most everything you could want in an ObGyn. She does have a busy practice so if things are going well and you don't detain her with questions then a visit can seem a bit on the rushed side. However if you want to take a moment to talk to her and make it known that you have concerns she is always willing to take the time to make you feel reassured. I like her no fuss approach and feel I get great care with her. I have reccommended her to friends and will continue to do so.

Dr Morgan has been my doctor for 3years and through my first pregnancy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She took the time needed to answer all my questions (and I had a list each visit) and never made me feel rushed. Due to gestational hypertension we had to induce, and even that potentially scary situation was not a big deal...she totally explained everything and was SO helpful. Her bedside manner is great. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new OB/Gyn

Dr. Morgan was great!

She had performed an unnecessary c-section on me. Unjustified and rushed. She got her money. I was just another step in her obstetrics carrier. There was absolutely no remorse or care in her demeanor. I will never go back to her in my life.
