Dr. Caroline Roberts Price, MD

Paid a lot of money for skin laser, no results other than damaged skin. They don’t answer the phone or return voicemails.

Doctor price is awesome. I have been a patient sine 2006. I had melanoma in 2014. Price caught it early and I had minimal surgery. She treats my children as well. Office staff is awesome. Whoever is giving her bad reviews is crazy. She is the best doctor I've ever gone to. She has a dry sense of humor and we always enjoy our visits (we are there a lot with my cancer checks and both kids accutane).

I still remember my first visit with Dr. Price in 2014. She accurately diagnosed a contact dermatitis issue I had. Amazingly, when I met her, I thought she could not possibly be a doctor since she only looks about 25 years old. But, I did some research and found out that medical school is four years after college. So, I guess she could be 25 and still be a doctor. Good information to know.

Not a pleasant experience at this office. The Dr. was rushed and didn't really pay attention to what I said. Wait time was long as well. I was told by the front desk lady that they rescheduled me for another visit because my insurance only pays 50% reimbursement if they do multiple procedures on the same day. This didn't seem right to me. Since I didn't really care for Dr Price I will follow up at another Dermatologist.

Been going to dermatologists for years and I can honestly say Dr Price is the absolute worst doctor I have visited. She is cold and fast and unattentive. I got the feeling she didn't even listen to me. The icing on the cake for me was she made me come back for another appointment because insurance didn't reimburse her 100% if I got 2 procedures done on the same day. They also try to sell you products the whole time you are there. The staff even wears product names on their shirts. There were other things I have experienced over the years but finally said enough is enough. I have recently visited another Dermatologist in Greenville and what a difference. Take this review for what it is worth. You have been warned!

Do not recommend. Communication poor, rude, not helpful. Felt like a scam. Save your money.

I've been going to Dr. Price for about 2 years now and have been completely satisfied. The staff is extremely friendly and always remember my specifics. Whenever I have to go in for a procedure, they know exactly how to keep my mind off whats really going on. Very happy, would recommend highly to anyone that asks.
