Dr. Carolyn Ann Broussard

I was instantly offended by this doctor's approach. She did not introduce herself, or even acknowledge my child. She rudely asked about the previous medicines prescribed, asked,"did you even finish the prescription?" She was very impatient, and in my opinion, rough with her throat exam. She went on to say that pediatricians are the most overworked doctors of all. It is clear that she does not enjoy her job, has no interest in patient or parent interaction, and lacks all professionalism. This is not what is the common treatment at the Douglasville office. I only agreed to have her because my child was very ill, it was a Friday, and I wanted to get an antibiotic on board as soon as possible, if needed.

On my initial visit of dr. broussard, was extremely disappointing. First, I could not get over the lack of professional appearance. Nail tips, and numerous amount of earrings in the ear, was totally unprofessional for a doctor's office, in my opinion. Bedside manner or just concern, totally laxed also. I left out of that Doctor's office more frustrated than when I went in. Extremely disappointing.
