Dr. Carolyn Eaton, MD

I have been with Dr. Eaton for a very long time I followed her when she was at 36th street. I will surely miss her next month when I go see another Doctor. She is the best Doctor and even my daughter was seeing her. She listed to our problems and has always treated use with respected.

I really like Dr Eaton, She always has an Ear to listen for the reason for Drs visit. She will find out the Accurate Diagnosis even if req. lab or blood work. And her Staff will follow up with patient

She is the best Dr I have ever had I have had siezures every since about 2000 r ltr about 3 r 4 Dr's all just prescribing dilantin I moved to the NW.didn't know about the NW clinic at thetime was seeing Dr Jackson of the SW clinic on Ada st didn't no she wasn't there anymore met this lady and told me about the NW clinic and had a choice of 3 Dr chose Dr Eaton love her 1st appt.siezures under control every since at the same time thought I had prostate cancer sent me to Dr Javier Hernandez at the UT Health and he diagnosed it as prostate cancer he prescribed radiation treatment with Dr Tony Eng at the CTRC and she was curious about some poly thought I might have colon cancer turned out neg she has been a ver blessed Dr for me would not trade her for nothing on this world love you Dr Eaton and the University Hospital System 78229

When I became a patient of Dr. Eaton's 3 yrs ago I felt blessed to have found "my doctor". However, I wait on average of 3 to 4 months to get an appointment. When I arrive on time for my scheduled appointment, I wait on average of 2 to 3 hours (even if my appointment is the FIRST OF THE DAY! I have also found that she is so scatterbrained and rediculously hyper that I have to remind her at the end of my appointments of referrals, prescriptions, tests, etc, that she is to give/schedule for me! Not only that, but she seems to be so paranoid about the "powers that be" (whoever oversees doctors rx practices) that she refuses to adjust or work with me on my medications, dosage, etc. I have been diagnosed with chronic neck pain (botched surgery 8 years ago), and my pain management doctors have contacted her regarding the medication and dosage she needs to prescribe for me; however, she refuses to do this because, "I don't want to give the medical board any reason to investigate me and my… prescription writing patterns".I could maybe understand this if I was asking for a very potent medication with a high addiction rate and was required to be written in triplicate, but this is a medication that most doctors prescribe like candy!I have tried for 2 years to change PCP's but my insurance has told me that no other doctor's are available so I am stuck. It's disgusting that a doctor refuses to help a patient get relief from chronic pain due to paranoia ..... It makes me think she has something to hide!All I can do at the moment is call my insurance every Monday to ask for a new PCP, and pray for the strength I need to get through my busy days while dealing with the pain.DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DOCTOR!!

Dr. Eaton is beyond wonderful. Yeah, it took some time to get the initial appointment, but it was well worth the wait. She is always so caring and has excellent bedside manner. I have only had issues with one of her office staff having an attitude, but luckily haven't had to deal with her since. Hopefully she got another job that doesn't require dealing with people. Lol. :)

always so kind and answers all our questions. my husband and I always make appointments together and she treats us so well. we are indeed so happy with her. since we are 65 we plan on having her as our Doctor in all our remaining years. Bless u Dr. Eaton

Dr. Eaton has been treating my ADHD and I believe that she is a fantastic physician. It is difficult getting an appointment in with her at a time that fits given I work and go to school, but getting to visit with her is great. She accurately diagnoses the problem, and any other problems you may have, she has a wide open door to listening to you. And plus, she actually does listen to you. Sometimes I may want more meds of something than I really need, and she always does an excellent job at scaling me back, and does it in a way that isn't harsh, and she doesn't treat me like a drug seeker. She is very professional and I am happy to say that I am a patient of hers.

Dr. Eaton is a very nice and she takesvery good care of her patients.
