Dr. Carolyn P Engle, MD

Spent 1.5 hours waiting to be seen only to spend maybe 5 minutes with the doctor. Then was asked to wait to speak with a scheduler for an MRI. After waiting another 15 minutes, I asked if I could schedule by phone only to find that the “scheduler” hadn’t even seen my file come across and had been chatting with a coworker. When I finally met with the scheduler she printed out paper and told me someone from another office would call to schedule. I understand that the medical field is busy, but to keep someone waiting for almost 2 hours is unacceptable and shows a major lack of respect for patients’ time. If your office is running that far behind (which is odd for a morning appointment) it would be nice to alert your patients. I will not be back.

Thorough and more importantly, will only perform surgery if absolutely necessary.

This was my first visit with Dr Engle. I was not disappointed at all. She is very thorough and takes her time with you. The xray technician was very pleasant and quick. At last I came out of a orthopedics office knowing what my problem was. Thank you Dr Engle and staff!
