Dr. Carolyn Anne Paris, MD

Carolyn A. Paris, MD, MPH, is an emergency attending physician at Seattle Childrens Hospital and assistant professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine. She received her MD from Cornell University Medical College and her MPH in epidemiology from the University of Washington School of Public Health. She completed a residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and a fellowship at Seattle Childrens. She is board certified and licensed through the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Heart Association in pediatrics. Paris is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Ambulatory Pediatric Association. Her local responsibilities include the Seattle Childrens Fellowship Committee, adverse events monitoring for JDRF Study of Autoimmunity, and the University of Washington Faculty Senate. She is an ad hoc reviewer for the journals Acta Paediatrica, Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Care. Paris also has an interest in research.
