Dr. Carolyn W Smith-Lin, MD

Dr. Smith-Lin was outstanding. As an open trans-man, I have never had such amazing care, communication, and thoughtfulness during my 5 years as transgender. The facility in NW Bernalillo is super clean, new, and inviting. Dr. Smith-Lin goes above and beyond, and really makes you feel comfortable, heard, and made my appointment fun and a breeze. I haven't seen a GYN in 10-12 years because of the harassment, negligence, and rude experiences I've had in the past. So I was anxious coming into this appointment; but bc Dr. Smith-Lin was so amazing, it was a piece of cake. Not only the Dr, but the assistants were awesome, polite, and listened. The nurse/assistant I had who drew my blood pressure did it correct. My wife is a pharmacist and used to work in the ER, so she has seen countless times that vitals are taken incorrectly, including my own during my annual check ups. I own my own business and I know how important it is to have great customer service and communication. So, I highly… recommend, Dr. Carolyn Smith-Lin. It's people like her, that truly make a difference in this world.
