If I could give a negative review I would. Like other reviewers said, “don’t trust this woman.” Her evaluations are extremely biased and one sided. Her evaluations are not based on facts. They are written to help whatever attorney she has a quid pro quo relationship with. The first thing she asked me was, who was the judge and who’s the attorney. She didn’t ask about any dates just explained she was extremely busy for the next 5 months after I told her who the people were but she still wanted a quick rundown when she said it wouldn’t be possible. After I got off the phone I got a weird feeling. A week before we changed evaluators she called and said she could do it, even though she was beyond busy and had no chance of doing an evaluation, but needed to paid immediately and not like the court ordered. My ex was supposed to pay half which I still haven’t received. I barely spoke with this charlatan and took a couple of tests online which she claimed I was deceitful yet wouldn’t tell… me why or which questions I was supposedly not telling the truth. Her evaluation took almost 5 months because of all the nonsense she had me do. At the start of the evaluation she said she would need certain items and these were not on there. This includes getting a CURES report going back 7 years which is highly unorthodox. I had to contact the Department of Justice to receive the documents which took several months to obtain when she claimed at the 11th hour it would take 24-48 hours and before that said my doctors could easily get the report going back 7 years which is false and if you don’t know the basics like how far a cures report goes back you don’t know squat. Everything she asked me to do at the 11th hour when the report was due was not in the original scope of work. She was literally trying to find things so she could write a bad report. She lacked simple understanding of a lot of the reports and completely misinterpreted them. Her so called process goes against logic. Her final report made zero sense and had multiple misrepresentations and added things we never even talked about. Her report which took 5 months to complete was template based and the furthest thing from accurate. She would go out of her way to make me look bad where she could even if it wasn’t true or a half truths twisted. I took a substance abuse Evaluation before hers but opposing side said it wasn’t comprehensive enough because it came back favorable. Let me tell you it was much more comprehensive than her report. Whatever you do stay as far away from this woman as possible unless your attorney has a relationship with her. She’s after money not accurate assessments. After the report I asked her to explain her findings which were contradicted by other doctors and pharmacists and multiple tests. She left out any and all positive parts to help the other side. Luckily I had enough evidence to show her biased, misleading and outright false comments. Be very careful when dealing with people who abuse their power. Again even though her attempts to defame me didn’t work I will advocate for others so they won’t have to deal with abuse of power. Doctors take an oath and shall adhere to the oath at all times. This woman makes up her own rules and findings. It’s sad to think about how many others have been ruined including children of mothers and fathers who went through the ringer with this person. There is so much I could write but will keep my review the way it is for now because this should be enough to get my point across. So If you are reading this then make smart choices and know reviews are not just written by disgruntled people but by people who want to improve the system and keep people and businesses accountable. Remember you have rights. Don’t be a victim.
