My father was admitted to Jackson North for new onset of seizure. An MRI of the brain was ordered. But it was incomplete due to his confused agitated state and not being able to stay still. The next morning this doctor cleared him (mind you he was confused and she spoke to him in this state without any family being present.) I asked to speak with her regarding my concerns and her answer was “ I do not need to speak with anyone else I already spoke with the patient.” No bedside manner whatsoever. I myself am a medical professional and would never treat a patient or family this way. In the end we got no answers! Do yourself or your loved one a favor and avoid! Disgusting!

I was in trustworthy hands with Dr.Gould and Dr.Lui

The Doctors are good BUT the staff TRASH!!! Please get rid of the front desk lady and the supervisor that sits there and witnesses how rude the lady in the front treats every customer that walks in while the supervisor sits there and does nothing. They are not helpfull, they roll their eyes at you and just plain nasty towards people that come to this facility. It's really terrible to have these type of people working for your business representing who you are as a doctor and what you worked so hard for.

The visit went great

I got an appointment within the week and the staff was very friendly. The doctors were very helpful and gave me all the information I needed, exploring every possibility. Very satisfied with my visit.

She has cared for my dad for 4 years now. We are happy with her services.

My doctor showed me care and compassion she listened attentively and addressed my concerns that exemplary quality will always be embedded in my mind and shows me the importance of keeping my appointments all that was achieved in a reasonable amount of time customer service was big on her agender as well so thanks to dr Landess for service well done the medical profession should be incredibly proud of her too thank u ps irva
