Cassandra Cespedes Carrasco, Psy D

Cassandra A. Cespedes Carrasco, PsyD, is a bilingual (English and Spanish) licensed clinical psychologist working within the Pediatric Neuropsychology clinic. Dr. Cespedes Carrasco provides outpatient counseling and psychological evaluation services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 8-25) presenting with a wide range of difficulties. With respect to counseling, Dr. Cespedes Carrasco works to integrate her understanding of how medical conditions impact other areas of an individual’s life such as cognitive abilities, academic performance, social functioning, and mood. Dr. Cespedes Carrasco utilizes cognitive-behavioral approaches to help her patients, and their families, meet their treatment goals. Evaluations consist of identification and diagnosis of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and to aid with diagnosis clarification regarding mood, behavioral difficulties, thought concerns or personality inquiries to best inform treatment.
