Dr. Cassie Burns, MD

After previously experiencing the facet process with no results with a different doctor, I decided to take another chance. Dr. Burns proceeded to complete the process with me. I have had lower back pain for at least 15 years and believe me it is no fun. The following day after the procedure I got up in the morning and OMG the pain was gone. (And I do mean gone, not just diminished.) It may not be a miracle, but if you look at return on investment I got a lot more than my money's worth and am so grateful to her for giving me the relief I sought.

She is terrible and very rude! Talked over me and wouldnt listen to me . Told me that I shouldnt be on pain meds for my kidneys blocking! Yet, she has never had a blocked kidney ,and I had paperwork from my urologist stating I needed it. Dont waste your time , she only wants to do injections because they make alot of money on those.

She a cruel doctor. She is the pill police and has no compassion for patients with chronic pain. I wish my husband didn’t have to even deal with this. He is disabled because a previous doctor made a mistake and disabled him for llife.

THEY ARE NOT PAIN MANAGMENT! I DO NOT MIND MEETING ANYBODY HALFWAY BUT THESE PEOPLE WITH THIER ONE NORCO 10 A DAY AFTER I”VE BEEN MANAGING MY PAIN FOR 10 YEARS ON 120 of THEM! IT IS A SCAM TO GET YOU THERE! The WORST place I’ve been so far. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT WHAT MAKES CASSIE BURNS MONEY AND THE PA WAS A JUDGY RUDE unprofessional ANTAGONISTIC individual. She immediately attacked me and my old DEAD doctor DR. Herbert Allen. She attacked me and went on defense about how much pain meds I can be given and was VERY RUDE ABOUT HOW MANY I CURRENTLY GET FROM MY DEAD DOCTOR. She was talking to me LIKE I WAS A CHILD about pain medicine before she even knew my medical history. I never saw Cassie Burns. I’m 100% disabled and have many nerve issues but did the JUDGY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL PA CARE? NO SHE DID NOT! SHE DID NOT CARE THAT IVE HAD 9 reconstructive surgery’s in the last 3 years or that I’ve been in an accident that disabled me due to pinched nerves EVERYWHERE! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING… HERE! THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS AWESOME! If I can not get properly treated no one can! MY ADVICE TO ALL LOOKING FOR PAIN MANAGEMENT IS TO FIND AN INDEPENDENT PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR THAT WILL REFER OUT FOR EPIDURALS BUT MAKE SURE THEY DO IN-HOUSE INJECTIONS WHICH CASSIE BURNS DOES IF YOU CAN GET PAST THE PILL POLICE! CASSIE BURNS WANTS TO MANAGE YOUR PAIN WITH EPIDURALS AND NERVE BLOCKS REGARDLESS IF YOU’VE HAD THEM IN THE PAST AND THEY DONT WORK FOR YOU! THEY ARE SETTING UP TO MAKE BIG BUCKS AND THE PRESCRIPTION PAD ALONE WILL NOT MAKE THEM RICH SO THEY ARE PUSHING TREATMENT PLANS THAT AREN’T EFFECTIVE. All I know is I left there highly offended with my watch telling me to breathe!

Outstanding Physician with excellent bedside manner! Explains in detail what she is going to do during epidural and how much medicine she is using! Her staff is friendly and gets appointments as soon as possible!

I've been a patient of hers for nearly 2 years now & she's definately one of the best. I would strongly recommend her to family & friends. Her staff is amazing. They care about their patients very much & it shows in the level of care they give. I'm very blessed to have her as my pain mgmt doctor. She's one of my favorites.
