Cassie Frank, MD

Dr. Frank is caring, intelligent, and direct. She is professional and discusses options for treating conditions including appropriate referrals when needed. I find her to be friendly and approachable. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Frank.

I've always had a positive experience with Dr Frank. She listens thoughtfully, has never been rushed or condescending, and has always done right by me. I cannot begin to picture her acting like the other reviewer (feb, 2015) says.... that would be completely out of character. I moved house, so going back to East Cambridge is not convenient, but because they've always treated me so well, I'm happy to make the trek over there when needed.

Don't waste your time like I did. This doctor doesn't listen to your problem. I have been suffering headaches everyday, also anxiety e some other mood issues. I get to her office, she talks about things in my report, etc. I was about to tell my problem she simply says "I don't have time to listen to this, come back another day." Prescribed a urine test trowing the prescription in my hands that it fell on the floor, she threw the paper. I'm never seeing her again. I left the office feeling even worse.
