I have been Dr. De La Cruz patient for the past 20 years & he has been a very caring & conscientious doctor, so I have no issues with him. My issues are with his support staff. 7/ 20/23 I had a nuclear stress test to see if I had an arterial blockage. The procedure took place at the Heart Ctr of the Oranges in E. Orange, NJ. After the stress test I waited patiently for 2 weeks to hear from the Dr.'s office about the outcome of my stress test, to no avail. 8/3/23,I called Dr. DLC office & spoke to a rep & requested a copy of the results of my stress test, because I was going to see a new cardiologist because I did not like the way my situation was neglected. Dr. DLC got on the phone & told me the stress test showed some abnormalities & I needed to go for Catherization. I agreed to go for the procedure & would wait for the office to get approval from my insurance & to select a procedure date. Since, I made numerous calls & the calls got disconnected. 2.5 months passed &still waiting.

How is it that if I call for sitting up an appointment a pre-recorded voice is annoying. how can then one get through to make such appointment? Give us the days the clinic at Staple Plaza Bloomfield is open for service
