Dr. Catherine Lawson, MD

During my very first and only appointment with Dr. Lawson, she was very rude, disruptive and dismissed everything I was telling her. She literally walked out of the room while I was talking. She's a Narcissist, only talked about herself, was not interested in anything I had to say. Her staff appears to be scared of her. I needed a referral for an Orthopedic surgeon and she stated "I'll give you the referral but he won't be able to help you" what does she know, she's not a surgeon? Long story short, I saw the surgeon and need surgery, I'm scheduled in 3 weeks! I have never ever encountered such a rude doctor in my life. Don't waste your time like I did.

There is no better Doctor.

It seems issues in her personal life are affecting her compassion, judgement and tolerance. The office that she shares with another physician has so many knick knacks its always dusty. Carpet on the floors is unsanitary. Walk, no run from this place!!!

I complained about breathlessness. She referred me to a cardiologist for evaluation. When she saw his unremarkable report, she said that women did not get the kind of attention in cardiologists that men did, and referred me to another cardiologist who upon taking another test put me in the hospital for immediate quadruple by-pass surgery. Without her wisdom and caring I would not be here today. Wow she's awesome, in the true sense of the word.
