Dr. Catherine L Meshew, MD

She does not return phone calls. She used the wrong code, and would not change it. Therefore, I got tired of trying to get the code corrected and just paid the $136.00. I am now looking for another primary care physician, that is not a Scott and White doctor.

Scott and White want patients to use the Mychart, however it is not a working program. I sent dr. Meshew a message regarding side effects on a new medication and she replied the next day. Unfortunately my side effects got worse and I sent her another message through Mychart and this time she never replied. I called and left msg with nurse a day later and nothing! This office in general is overbooking patients and when you do get to see a dr. it's a rushed visit and they do not return messages when it gets complicated. I regret letting dr. meshew change my medication after 14yrs of taking it, to just have her ignore my need to cope with a new medication that she put me on. Now I'm left to deal with horrible side effects while I find another dr. Please do yourself a favor and keep looking for a different dr.
