She used to be a great doctor but lately after transferring to the new office- not so much. I have a medication that was giving me adverse side effects .... she was clueless as to what else to prescribe and told me to ask someone else. As a primary care doctor with a computerized database- she should know what to prescribe! And when you leave a message for her- your calls are often never returned . I've switched Drs . I'm done with this office

Dr. Nguyen is a patient, compassionate, intelligent physician. She is well informed, a very good listener, and includes the patient in the diagnosis and direction of care. I highly recommend!

Hopefully you won't need to change your appointment time. I was on hold for 15 minutes, had to call back, still on hold.

Dr Nguyen is a wonderful, knowledgeable Practioner. She goes above and beyond what you would expect from a Physician, giving expert care and kind consideration to her patients.

talks to me about medical research and options for care. reads all other doctor notes. asks a lot of questions. quickly calls back.

Dr. Nguyen is exceptional. She is thorough, accurate and follows up when necessary. The office is efficient. Very confident with Dr. Nguyen!!

My experience with Doctor Nguyen was terrible. She always acted as if I was over reacting when I would tell her what was wrong and blame how I was feeling on myself. She was quick to judge and her facial expressions were extremely immature and inappropriate. She was never in the office and often had replacements who obviously I did not know, and when I wanted to make an appointment her "fill ins" would ask for a whole new physical from me before they saw me or refilled a prescription. However, MY personal experience with this doctor is not my major concern. She absolutely ruined my grandmother's life. I've lived with my grandmother my entire life; she is and always will be my best friend. Up until 2 months ago, my grandma was attending Zumba classes, was a frequent gym goer, lover of shopping, dancing, dining out. She was a swimmer, always traveling. She loved her life. At the beginning of this year, 2015, my grandma went to see doctor Nguyen complaining that she did not feel right.… (Mind you, she is NEVER sick and rarely complains of any pain, EVER.) Doctor Nguyen sent her home with a basic antibiotic and said she would be fine, nothing was wrong. This happened TWO more times. This doctor dismissed her THREE times saying she was fine and nothing was wrong. That is until we woke up to her lips blue and had to rush her to the hospital where she stayed for a month, on a breathing machine. She had pneumonia the entire time. What kind of doctor cannot detect pneumonia after THREE visits? My grandma developed such a terrible blood infection from this sickness, she lost feeling in her hands and feet, she developed a hemorrhage in her eye and has trouble seeing, she has to use a walker, she needs help in the shower, she cannot drive, she cannot do her hair or makeup. Her entire life has been changed completely because of this terrible woman and for that I am eternally angry and sad beyond belief. She will never dance again. Be extremely careful with this doctor. She is a joke and could ruin your life.
