Dr. Catherine Snow, PhD

My experience left me questioning whether or not she actually wants patients. It took over three weeks for her to correctly fax a single piece of paper, the only issue the final time she faxed it was my misspelled name and date of birth, this issue she couldn't be bothered to fix for over five days. Dr Snow is direct and to the point, her skills as a therapist are not in question. Her ability to show up on time to scheduled appointments is lacking, she has been at least ten minutes late on many occasions and expects her patient's flexibility to make up the time. Though she could help you, if you end up needing a well rounded solution, she will not put in the extra effort to adequately facilitate your work with other doctors, including prioritizing, or even showing a basic level of professional interest in, sharing legitimate diagnosis documents with other doctors or when seeking a referral for medication.
