Dr. Cathy Lynn Criss, DO

Good doctor but has way too many patients. Shocked to see she is taking new patients. The one hour wait is unacceptable.

While I read the reviews regarding Dr. Criss, we never got to "see" her...the staff was terrible from the start...noted incorrect information, I received several calls to verify, ordered tests that I did not agree to, took three phone calls to get one return call.

Dr. Criss is a very good doctor but plan on waiting up to 2 hours to see her. She begins seeing patients at 7 am and is behind by 8 am. Just too many patients.

DR Criss and her PA Dr Goodbee-Awe are very good but you cannot get a message to either of them!!! I have never seen a office staff so incompetent and rude!! This is such a shame because good doctors are hard to find in Florida but the staff makes it a real challenge to keep coming here!!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Criss for over 25 years and would be lost without her. She is amazing. She gives you her utmost attention during your appointment with her and makes sure that you are being well taken care of by her staff as well. My daughter is a patient of hers since she was small, and now my granddaughter is a patient and she is just a toddler. Dr. Criss is irreplaceable.

I have never been able to see the Dr in less than 45 minutes. The usual wait is at least an hour. In the waiting room people tell me the wait for THEIR Dr. I ( macatee etc) is around 10 minutes. I think I'll be changing my physician.

If you. are looking for a great dr. then go to Kathy Chris. She is a dr that you can talk to. She is a dr that is very thorough and caring. I love how she gets to the bottom of your problem. She doesn't take your money and your in and out. Great doctor. I give her a 10 star all the way

I’ve been seeing Dr. Criss for several years now. She is a great physician overall but I feel she is often overbooked, the wait time is long to see her, and the office staff fails to return calls or answer messages left for days before. Unfortunately this office has lost its “personal touch” and I will be seeking care elsewhere. Feel more like a number than a person anymore. Highly disappointed.
