VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE Dr. requested follow up, but staff would not return calls to make appt. Dr. said she did NOT want to hear complaints. When I needed a medication changed due to side effects, the office was in hysteria over my participation in their website rather than taking care of the med issue. Ultimately, I relied on my pharmacist, NOT the Dr.!! Dr. could not be bothered with an appt. and walked out, saying, "have a nice day". Dr. said if I needed test results mailed I would need to provide the office with stamps. Dr. made it clear other patients she was to see were more important for HER time. Hardly personable, definitely grumpy and takes it out on the patient. Dr. has no plan for managing long term health.
