Dr. Vu was so so sweet. She explained what was going on really calmly and made me feel reassured. I was thoroughly impressed with her and everyone in the office. Great experience, very sweet staff, and very well organized workflows, they got me in and out very quick.

My appointment with Dr. Vu was great. She is so respectful, not a drop of condescension to be heard at any point. She showed me my Xrays and didn’t assume she needed to oversimplify anything in order for me to understand. She happily answered all of my questions, acknowledged my specific needs regarding the use and motility of my hand with respect to my own lifestyle needs, and offered clear options and her opinion and supporting reasons why she suggested where to start and how to proceed over time. She didn’t bristle at any of my questions and seemed to genuinely consider and want to explain when I asked something. She also suggested a brace for my specific issue, and it made an incredible difference immediately. This should be the standard level of expectation from all doctors and medical professionals, but sadly is not, and made Dr. Vu stand out as an exception to the norm. Additionally, the rest of the staff was also welcoming and respectful, and genuinely seemed happy to… be there helping patients. It was a great experience, start to finish.

Dr. Vu is an excellent orthopedic doctor that has great communication skills, understands your needs, pain and concerns. She explains your diagnosis and offers solutions and options to your issue in a clear, consise manner. She has a great bedside manner with compassion and humor. I strongly recommend Dr Vu for your orthopedic needs.
