There is absolutely nothing to like about this medical office. Stay away if you want to stay alive. There are simply no words to describe how horrible the doctor, his wife who runs the front desk and the entire receptionist staff. Stay away from this place if you can. if you decide to go, you'll find out sooner than later that the entire office is only concern about making money and nothing else, not even someone's health. The way the staff speaks and have treated their patients is beyond belief.. I am seriously surprised that this doctor or his wife is still working there.

Horrible service is even an understatement because there is simply no words to describe how bad this office is. If you can stay away from it, then do so. The staff is ignorant, rude and knows nothing about the basic rules of customer service. Being that it's a medical office, you would think that they would be extra helpful and caring for their patients but this office is a perfect definition of a complete customer service FAILURE. The administrative staff, most especially the receptionist, should all be replaced. I have had my lab exams forwarded to this office several times in the past couple of months and I have still yet to hear from the doctor or staff on the outcome of those exams. Trying to get approval for a referral is nearly impossible. You call and inquire about referral and they respond to you very rudely as if you're disturbing them. There are a myriad of negative things I could say about this place but I won't waste anymore of my time. For those individuals who are… considering this office for medical care, please please please do your research about this place. Read as much as you can before you decide to go with this doctor. You will simply regret it and it won't take long to realize it. This place will take your health condition lightly so if you are in need of medical attention, this isn't the place to go.

He is a good doctor compare to others he does not rush. He orders tests as needed the nurse knows her stuff and nice.. but the wife / receptionist is horrible!! She is so rude she gets angry if u ask any questions.. only cares abt money. And she favors adian patients! Average wsit time over a hour she lets who ever she likes walk right in
