Dr. Chad E Brekelbaum, MD

Visiting a doctor cannot always be the most delightful experience, however, my experience with Dr. Brekelbaum had been most positive from the beginning. I had a bladder condition and I found Doc to be most attentive to my filled out paperwork and concerns. He went over them with me one by one. We talked about options and concerns thoroughly. Doc has a very special bedside manner and I was very pleasantly surprised about how concerned and focused he was on my problem. He did not rush me, he asked me questions, answered my questions and I left feeling I had finally found a urologist who was willing to spend time with me. His professionalism is acute and yet he has the warmth that a patient appreciates. I would recommend Doc to anyone. He has a great bedside manner. I like him a lot. Pamela Lents

staff insisted that i arrive 30 early for my appointment (16 FEB 23) - i arrived 40 min early and was taken to the exam room approx 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. waited in the exam room for 50 minutes without seeing Dr Chad E. Brekelbaum… i asked at 30 mins and at 45 mins if i had been forgotten about… was told i was next both times… at 50 minutes I left… complete unprofessional and a total lack of respect for patients! there are many other Urologists in area that will treat and respect you more that Dr Chad E Brekelbaum and his staff… will not recommend nor return.

My father had surgery performed by Dr. Brekelbaum and we are so pleased with his expertise, openness with Dad and us about what to expect and his expectations for Dads future health. We Highly recommend Dr. Brekelbaum for your urology surgical needs.

Dr. and staff were very thorough and professional.

Dr. Brekelbaum is a good doctor. His staff leaves much to be desired. Please be aware that they charge $60 for ANY missed appointment even when you ask repeatedly for reminders. When we explained that we asked for a reminder the staff also needlessly insulted my husband who has Parkinson's, implying that if he can't remember an appointment without reminders that he should get home health. Nobody with a disabling condition should be treated so poorly by medical professionals. They were able to find the notes where we asked for reminders but still insist on a $60 payment. Very sad considering the doctor is good and we asked to speak with him about this matter and his staff has refused. So in summary good doctor, poor staff, and be prepared to pay for services you don't receive.

Not only is Dr. Brekelbaum the best urologist in NWA but also the best in the state & surrounding states!

Daughter had an appointment at 10:45 this morning. They took her to a room at 11:50! Waited in the rooms long time for the doctor to come in! When he did he wanted to go over other issues that she did NOT come in for. She said he talked very fast and used big words she had never heard before (she works in a medical clinic also). Said he needed to do an exam. He lest the room for her to change and came back 30 minutes later! He wouldn't let her talk because he was too busy talking. She ended up leaving 3 hours after her appt. time and he spent all of about 15 minutes to total time with her. Not a very good bedside manor. He rushed through her appt. because he was behind and didn't give her the attention she deserved, I would not recommend him EVER! I gave Him one star because I had to to submit the review!

Family member distraught after office visit. Chad E. Brekelbaum, MD Did not bother to review records. Did not want to look at paperwork completed as required by his office. Poor bedside manner. Rushed through appointment while smacking his gum.

Awful, rude office staff. Have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Arrogant doctor with little time for questions. Run of the mill dr-would not recommend!
