Excellent experience with Dr. Kilambi. If you experience the fear of prostate cancer, I wouldn't hesitate to go with Dr. Kilambi. He is very forward in which I appreciated, he gives you all the information and puts a plan together for a quick recovery. Highly recommend!

Conceited, rude.. he mocked my minor child for her pain. When I complained about it, he sent us letters "firing" us as patients. My now adult child is horrified of this arrogant man. He caused trauma to us. I wouldn't see this Dr if someone paid me to.

I visited Dr. Kilambi initially to get a second opinion regarding my high PSA level and enlarged prostrate. My current urologist, after considering other avenues of treatment, had advised … a prostrate biopsy. I was trying to avoid a biopsy due to a very bad experience with this procedure, performed by a previous urologist. My anxiety level was certainly elevated about the procedure, but I felt sure it was imminent. After Dr. Kilambi examined me and reviewed my medical records, he advised a prostrate biopsy as well. I told Dr. Kilambi about my previous experience, and he took the time to listen and assured me and explained how that would certainly not happen this time. He took a lot of time with me and explained about the medications and how the procedure would go. His concern and his compassion relieved me of much of my anxiety. At that point, I felt confident I was in good hands. I scheduled the biopsy with his office and the procedure went well, with very minimal discomfort. He… talked to me throughout the procedure, encouraging me, all the time asking me how I felt and letting me know how far along in the procedure he was. I have now transferred all of my medical records to him and I am using him exclusively as my urologist. I have the utmost respect and confidence in him, for my care. Another note… I have been very pleased with the office staff in regard to how I am greeted upon calling or entering the clinic. Their friendliness in assisting me, their efficiency in returning calls, and basically just trying to be sure I am taken care of, is certainly refreshing from my experience with most medical clinics. I recommend Dr. Kilambi and Northwest Arkansas Urology without reservation!

Did a Great job on my bladder sling. If you need repairs see a urologist instead of a gynocologist.

Great Dr. great bedside manner, He was upfront on what he was going to do, my recovery time and what to expect. The office staff was real polite and knowledgeable. Sorry this review didn’t allow me to give a five star rating

Great Doctor. He was very thorough when he diagnosed my kidney tumor. He took the extra time to explain his diagnosis and to answer all my questions. He answered in language that I could understand and acted like any question i asked was very important. His robotic training allowed me to recover from the removal of my kidney a lot quicker than I expected.

Avoid Dr. Kilambi

I came to Dr. Kilambi for a problem that was resolved quickly. He then helped me with a surgery for a continence issue I had struggled with for years. The referrals and medications were not helpful until I met him. So, here I am after my three month follow up and I couldn’t be happier. He is professional, personable and normalized what was an embarrassing issue for me. I highly recommend him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kilambi’s for 4 years. The staff is always professional and polite and Dr. Kilambi has provided me with excellent care and guidance. Dr. Kilambi always has a measured and prudent approach that is a testament to his expertise. I highly recommend his services.

His ego overrides his skills. I do NOT recommend him.
