The primary care provider bills as a specialist without notice or prior warning.

Has been my PC for approximately 7 yrs and she does not hesitate to consult a specialist to confirm what she considers the right diagnosis.

In the past, my pharmacist and I have had to make several attempts/calls to get prescriptions refilled because Dr. Hasan has not responded in a timely manner. For the past two days, I have been leaving urgent messages for a prescription refill, to no avail. My prescriptions are not any control substances, so there should be no delays or holdup. I am fed-up and now changing my PCP to another provider/Dr.

I saw her about a small ganglion cyst on my pinky (my general doctor had drained a couple for me over the years before she retired). Hasan spent literally one minute with me, confirmed my assessment of what it was, and told me that she doesn't drain cysts, that I'd need to see the ortho downstairs. She was very rude and condescending, and then sent me a bill for $263. I'm disgusted about the whole experience. Her bedside manner is ridiculously non-existent.
