Dr. Chan Hi Kim, MD

Super disappointed with the customer service. Receptionist hung up on me twice while I was still talking. When I arrived to the appt. she was like 100 years old that explains it! Dr. needs more professional staff.

The front lady is do rude..doesnt let you esplain anything...cuts you off inmediately...i dint even make it to the appt...when you call she hangas up really fast....i wanted to punch her so bad she got me ao upset she doesnt let you esplain...i dint even care she is a senior...that i let her know this attitude is anoying..

This office is a joke. The secretary is rude and she wont even book an appointment for me with ppo insurance. I was a patient of Dr. Kims 10 years ago and wanting to see him for my dementia, but he refuses. This doctor and secretary need to learn lessons in compassion, all they see are $$$$$$$ but yet this practice is failing, gee I wonder why? Dont go to this quack as he doesn't have all his ducks in a row. Ruthless people do uncalled for things, don't become one of his victums.

Cannot understand him

The office staff in this office is horrible. She is unprofessional and extremely rude. She does not listen to you and she wants to argue instead of help you. She has hung up on me and my husband many times. RUDE< RUDE< RUDE. She should not be working or dealing with people. She does not have people skills. She should be in a back room where people/patients do not have to deal with her!!
