Dr. Chandra Renee Lacount, DO

Dr. LaCount did an excellent job with my home assessment. She was professional and thorough.

I have been seeing Dr. Lacount since 2009. She is without a doubt the best doctor/friend I have ever had in the medical profession, and I have seen a lot of doctors and surgeons. Hopefully one day she will be my doctor again. She is greatly missed. A.S.

she doesn't listen. Despite complications from medication like prolonged qtc intervals, heart attack, osteoporosis, tooth decay, extreme bloating/weight gain, and arrhythmia she refuses to take me off methadone for pain management! I asked to switch to a safer medication that has the same efficacy numerous times, but she refuses. She's rude, doesn't listen to her staff, and she's not open to any changes. It's her way or bust. There are a number of her patients that have tried to get off methadone to safer medications, but she won't allow it. I refuse to see her again. She is by far the most closed minded, rude dr i've ever seen.

When you first go into this clinic. There are alot of people seeing alot of different people. sometimes the rooms get used up fast. Dr. LaCount gives time to her patients and because of that sometimes she can be behind schedule. I think if she had a wonderful attitude.

My first time meeting her she was very nice and kept telling me to relax Very nice doctor and asks question to make sure your on the right medicine and that nothing will effect your health

Dr. Lacount has change my life, I have been dealing with lower back pain for over 10 years. I had been to doctor after doctor and it seemed like I was domed. Every doctor I went to they seemed to tell me it"s something I had to deal with, that they didn't see anything from the x rays and MRI there was a small spot on my spine they would look at and say here is were your pain is coming from. And they would always tell me you have arthritis and scoliosis. This was things I knew, just about the time I was about to give up a friend told me about this group of doctors that might be able to help. So I said what the heck I don't have anything to lose I'll give it a try. My first visit I knew something was different they were coming up with things to help and deal with the pain! That was almost two years ago and I can say I feel better now than I have in years !! I'm able to play golf again, I'm able to do things I had gave up on. Thanks again for a group of doctors and especially Dr. Lacount… that look beyond. Thanks

This woman has no care in the world for her patients. The few times I've actually seen her and not a pa she's spent maybe 5 minutes overall in the room with me. She doesn't listen to what i tell her about my condition, and she doesnt even review the copious amounts of surveys and paperwork she has me fill out before each visit. Several times she has asked whether I am doing the PT she prescribed after I've given her the information on it each week as well as marked it in my daily activiy chart she requested. I've been seeing her for 5 months now and so far it's been a very negative experience and she has done nothing to help me get better.
