Chanel Rodriguez is a good provider for my wife’s referral to Obgyn and prepared blood test to support referral.

Pick a different doctor. Chanel is impersonal, cold, apathetic, and impatient. It’s clear she’s optimizing for cramming as many patients into her day as possible, and will not give you the time of day or give you her full attention during the appointment. I’ve seen her for almost a year, and it’s clear this isn’t just a one-time thing. She doesn’t show any empathy, ask followup questions, or offer explanations for what’s going on. She also schedules superfluous appointments to (once again) hit her metric of quantity of patients. I’m sure the medical incentive system is also at fault here, but Chanel shows no passion or desire to deal with patients, and I’ve had other OneMedical doctors who are warm, patient, and knowledgeable.
