Both my primary care physician and my gastroenterologist referred me to Dr. Kim for my hernia repair surgery. During my consultation with Dr. Kim, she set me at ease with her friendliness and easy-going manner. She fully explained the choice of procedures and any possible side effects. The surgery was successful and any pain from the surgery was much reduced after only a couple of days. I experienced no adverse side effects or problems after the surgery. This was my first surgery and I'm in my 60's. If I ever need surgery again, Dr. Charleen Kim will be the surgeon I choose to perform that surgery!

Dr. Kim is excellent!!! She is very patient and kind! She takes her time with her patients and spoke very calmly and very detailed about my situation. She is very professional and cares a lot about her patients!!! I wish all drs are like her!

Dr. Kim is a wonderful surgeon. From few times of conversation, I know she has excellent training, lots of experience, and she gave me the feeling she will treat me as her own sister and she will do her best to save my life. I can completely trust her. I really appreciated her, she did such a great surgery for me. Thanks Dr. Kim from the bottom of my heart

Dr. Kim thoroughly answered all my questions and explained my surgery in as much detail as I wanted. She is very personable and most importantly a good surgeon.

Dr. Kim is very careful and thorough, listens and answers all of my questions. She made sure tests were done to get an accurate diagnosis. The surgery was performed as soon as she could possibly get my health plan to allow it. I never wanted surgery in my life but because of her knowledge and personality I had an easy time of changing my mind! I knew she would do a great job and help extend my life! I really did trust her with my life!
