Both my primary care physician and my gastroenterologist referred me to Dr. Kim for my hernia repair surgery. During my consultation with Dr. Kim, she set me at ease with her friendliness and easy-going manner. She fully explained the choice of procedures and any possible side effects. The surgery was successful and any pain from the surgery was much reduced after only a couple of days. I experienced no adverse side effects or problems after the surgery. This was my first surgery and I'm in my 60's. If I ever need surgery again, Dr. Charleen Kim will be the surgeon I choose to perform that surgery!
