Dr. Lichtash is the smartest, most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever had!

Dr. Lichtash is the most caring doctor I have ever had. She is the absolute best internist. And she helped me tremendously with reversing my prediabetes. No other doctor has ever taught me the important information that Dr. Lichtash took time to explain.

I had to wait months for a first appointment, and when I got to the office I had to wait an hour while people (who had late appointment times than I did) were seen by Dr. Lichtash before me. The front office staff actually expected me to wait longer, which I did not do. Dr. Lichtash is not a surgeon, so she doesn't have medical emergencies. The front office staff did not want to give me the name of the office manager (their boss). So many of these 5-star reviews for Dr. Lichtash sound the same, like they are paid reviews.

I met Charlene Lichtash just about a month ago. I was skeptic as I am with all new Dr.'s. I have very high standards for physicians, I would not give five stars until and when it has been earned. Overall Dr. Lichtash was a very, very good listener. Things that needed to be accomplished are headed in that direction. It seems to be a massive office and it is easy to get lost, especially on the telephone! Dr. Luchtash seems to disappear behind a great curtain after an initial visit! Maybe she's really Oz!!!

I have been to see Dr. Lichtash three times as my primary doctor retired and I needed a new GP. Unfortunately, I made a poor choice. She has been extremely disrespectful of my time in that every time I have seen her without fail she has been an hour or more late for my appt. She overbooks/overschedules and while she is apologetic, it is not respectful of my time (or others) and I am never informed of her lateness until I'm already in her office waiting on a table. If I were to be that late for an appointment she would charge me and my insurance and would not see me because I had missed my time. Where is my recourse for her being late? In addition, at my last appointment she didn't even READ my chart before she came in to see me. She was completely incorrect on several items which was a problem as the chart was right in front of her! What is worse, is that she asked me if I wanted certain blood tests run (Thyroid which I had already had run the week prior which was ON THE CHART SHE… DIDN'T READ and an STD test which I said wasn't necessary and NOT to run). Dr. Lichtash ran the UNAUTHORIZED TESTS anyway - one of which was an HIV test which requires my specific authorization and she came back and said it tested positive when that is in no way possible. So the stress I am under for no reason and the fact I have to go find another doctor to run tests which my insurance will be charged for which I didn't authorize due to her incompetency is ridiculous. It is ILLEGAL for her to run such tests without my authorization and I am livid that she did so. I called to speak with her and she is apparently suddenly on a leave of absence - which I hope is to find her medical degree. I will NEVER see this doctor again and recommend nobody else sees her either.

Dr. Lichtash is the nicest and most thoughtful and caring Dr. She is thorough and asked all the right questions and took extensive history. She pays attention to details and listens to any and all concerns. She is compassionate and genuinely wants to help and get to the bottom of things to understand what is going on. I could not ask for a better Dr. It has taken a long time for me to be able to write a review like this with regard to Dr's. My faith is renewed. I left from my visit feeling like I am finally in good hands with a Dr. that cares about my health , and I am no longer in this alone having to use the internet for a diagnosis. Truly grateful and I highly recomend Dr. Lichtash if you are looking for a wonderful Dr.
